About Stephanie Diana Eubank
I’m Dr. Stephanie Diana Eubank—researcher, educator, business consultant, and proud neurodivergent woman living with ADHD. I’m also a wife and mother in a neurodiverse household, raising two incredible children who also have ADHD. Our podcast is a space where lived experience meets research, advocacy, and real talk about what it means to navigate life, career, and family through the lens of neurodiversity.
As a disabled professional, I’ve spent my career designing inclusive systems for remote work, leadership development, and workplace accessibility. My doctoral research focuses on remote leadership and the intersection of disability and employment, and I share much of that journey on my blog at drstephaniebeardbaremoteresearch.org. Through Wicked B of the West Business Consulting, I help organizations build adaptive, equitable environments for all workers—including those with ADHD and other neurodivergent identities.
About Neurospice Everything Nice
